Reviewing the website's Information Architecture
Before: The website’s IA was dictated by its products rather than the user, therefore the user journey was not direct and clear.
After: I revisited the structure, with the three different types of users in mind, for each type of user to easily find the solution to their problem and any helpful related resources.
Curating the UX Writing & Design
I focused on refining the UX writing to enhance clarity and engagement. I optimized content flow, restructured headings, and crafted concise, user-friendly language to improve the overall user experience, ensuring information was easily accessible and aligned with the brand’s voice.
The Homepage
The website’s homepage and menu writing was rethought, with “Request a Demo” and “Contact Us” as the main CTAs.


The Newsletter
A concise, impactful sentence communicates the value and key details of subscribing to the newsletter.
The French Version
The website is localized in French to effectively engage French-speaking users, ensuring a more personalized and accessible experience.


The Demo Form
The demo form is continuously updated with new products, ensuring users are quickly directed to the appropriate product department.
The Product Page
The flagship product highlights its most impactful features using the rule of three.


The Resources
The page is organized by content type and user type, making it easy for specific users to find relevant content. Titles include key terms that immediately convey the product’s benefit for the user.
The Testimonials
Client Testimonials with short, impactful quotes followed by links to case studies or related resources, where available, to strengthen product credibility.
